I am glad that you are deciding to take the next step in your healing process. I provide a safe and nonjudgmental space for you to heal. With 25yrs of experience and extensive training in trauma (PTSD) as well as empowerment, relationships, narcissistic abuse and childhood trauma. I am here to help. You are not alone. I incorporate spirituality and/or herbalism upon request. in addition to being trained in EMDR and having roots in psychology and social work. I believe balance is important. Virtual or In-Person available. I have been an EMDR therapist for 24yrs in addition to my LCSW and certification in herbalism. I utilize a relational model, EMDR and goal oriented treatment. Together we will make a plan for your healing. Herbal remedies are often requested by clients as well. As a master herbalist for over 10yrs I am happy to work with you and suggest alternatives to heal yourself.
