My work focuses on helping clients manage anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, life transitions, and everyday stressors that can impact emotional well-being. I provide a warm, non-judgmental space where you feel safe to explore experiences, build insight and develop practical strategies for change. I also have over 20 years working with individuals who experience neuro divergence and Intellectual Disabilities.
