I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker committed to helping people find comfort, hope and a path forward. I am focused on empowering others to navigate their life and find positive change. I utilize a strength based approach, supporting each of my clients where they are at, to help them gain insight into themselves, and make positive change. My goal if for clients to leave their session feeling supported, empowered and challenged. I believe that with a deeper understanding into who and why we are, we can create meaningful change toward becoming our best selves.
