Hello. You’ve taken the first step in seeking help and now you might be thinking “who are all of these therapists and how do I choose?” I offer a free brief (15-20 min) phone consultation to see if we would make a good match. If we move forward, I will work with you to understand the complex web of factors contributing to the dysfunction in your life and what you can do to make things better. I will not judge you. It takes courage to open up to someone new and I respect your bravery. I want you to feel heard and to understand yourself in ways you haven’t before. It’s 45 minutes a week where everything stops and we just focus on you.
