I specialize in supporting Neurodivergent clients, specifically people experiencing impacts of late-diagnosis or seeking treatment later in life. By remaining curious about your mind and what actually feels uniquely supportive to you, I help folks alleviate comorbidities of anxiety and depression. Topics I feel passionate about include life transitions, relationships and identity development. Who we are and how we relate with others is often the foundations of our day to day lives. There is no blueprint for adult neurodiversity. I hope to help unravel the knots of how to live well within ourselves and relationships.
