I work with wide range of people, and naturally connect well with those who always felt a little different — the black sheep, the quiet rebel, the one carrying stories that feel too heavy or “too weird” to say out loud. They want to understand themselves, feel grounded, and finally live as who they truly are. Their goal is simple but brave: to feel seen, supported, and free to be their whole, unfiltered self. I also love helping people notice the patterns and forgotten pieces of themselves that quietly shape everything. There’s something powerful about meeting those younger parts of you with compassion instead of criticism.
