I see clients for a variety of reasons including individual therapy, marriage counseling, group therapy, and family therapy. My current practice includes young children, adolescents, young adults, adults, families and couples. I have been serving clients in the central Vermont area since 2013 in a variety of helping relationships and roles including crisis counseling, career counseling, sports performance based life coaching case management, and psychotherapy. I apply an integrative approach and walk along side clients in their time of need. My goal is to help you find a solution that fits your individual situation.
