I am a Limited Licensed Master Social Worker (LLMSW) and I am trained in Trauma Focused- CBT. I have additional experience in CBT for anxiety and depression, as well as MI. I believe that psychotherapy should be collaborative and empowering. The therapeutic relationship has a huge impact on a person’s journey. Having a supportive person to collaborate with during difficult adjustments in life can make a huge difference and can allow a person to feel empowered to make the changes they set out for themselves. I specialize in providing services and advocating alongside adults, children and families through difficult life events.
