Many people feel overwhelmed by life and suffer from anxiety and depression. Throughout my 35 years of experience, I have learned that a goal-oriented and problem-focused approach is best suited to help the client manage these feelings. I specialize in the cognitive-behavioral treatment of anxiety and mood disorders in adults. I offer a friendly and professional therapeutic atmosphere in a telehealth format. I published a book describing the development of spiritual faith-based communities. I am eager to meet the spiritual needs of clients who wish to share these concerns.
