I offer in-person or Telehealth counseling sessions from a convenient central Boulder location. I provide individual therapy for adults and adolescents who are experiencing depression, anxiety, PTSD, relationship issues, work or school stress, sleep issues, and other concerns. I provide couples' therapy as support for working through problems, developing improved communication and building a stronger relationship. My goal: To help you feel better, solve problems, and develop helpful coping skills.
