All of us strive to become our best selves and to reach our highest potential. But as humans we're also vulnerable to fear, anger and self-doubt due to past traumas, and life events that can get in the way and knock us off course. I have faced some of these challenges myself. Sometimes we need help from an outside professional who is open, knowledgeable and compassionate. Often just the opportunity to be heard and understood can itself be healing. And the tools and insights learned from therapy can be life-changing. It's not easy but with motivation and a desire to grow, along with the right therapist, real progress can occur.
