I love working with clients who are going through the difficult parts of life and need some help figuring out how to handle it all. Whether that difficult experience is figuring out college and careers, navigating relationships, or just simply the stress that comes from the day-to-day, I approach my clients' problems without judgment. My clients tend to get the best outcomes when they can work with me to figure out what they would like to achieve in therapy and commit to enacting change, whether big or small, outside of sessions.
