Soul School comes from the belief that as humans, we come with lessons to learn in this lifetime. Change can be terrifying to face. We don't have to do it alone. It takes courage to be here and taking steps towards receiving support in your healing. I work mostly with those who are willing to dive deep and are curious and motivated for change. Folks who may already have some insight or awareness, but are in need of a non-judgmental safe space to discuss it all and receive support in organizing their internal world to create a sense of understanding, peace, and alignment with their true selves. View 5 Photos I am trained in and use Internal Family Systems (IFS), Complex Trauma Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Harm Reduction Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness Meditation Skills. I’m an Asian-American woman who lived in Tokyo, Japan for 6 years. I am also a certified yoga instructor and am an advocate of holistic health and well being.
