My name is Toni Ann Fontana, LCSW. I specialize in OCD & ADHD treatment, working with young adults, adults, caregivers, & families- basically anyone trying to survive life with a little less chaos. If you’re tired of one-size-fits-all therapy & "help", welcome! I meet you where you are. I don’t believe therapy should be cookie-cutter. I generally draw from CBT, DBT, ERP, Somatic, IFS, Relational therapy techniques & mindfulness, but the real goal is to find what actually works for you. In session we may laugh, cry, curse, or feel even uncomfortable and that’s okay; it’s all part of the process. Therapy is collaborative. Early sessions focus on understanding your experiences, identifying goals, tailoring support, & creating a safe space just for you. You are the expert in yourself—even when that feels messy or confusing. Together, we’ll explore what’s going on inside that beautifully chaotic brain of yours.
