Hey, I'm Toni! Do you struggle with anxiety? Perhaps you have racing or repetitive thoughts that you just can't shake? Or maybe you constantly struggle with fixating on "worst case scenario"? Do you just feel overwhelmed? I empower high-functioning adults to overcome the struggles of anxiety. I integrate nutrition, movement (yoga, Pilates, aerobic exercise, and even walking), mindfulness, and self-awareness to focus on the root cause of your anxiety.
