No one is exempt from the hard things in life, which is why it’s essential to have someone to be present and supportive in your life to turn to. Hard things will happen to us and around us. This is why, I believe in helping others in life from a heart filled with forgiveness & an extension of grace, to assist them in overcoming whatever the hard thing is. Hard things can trigger us to take on actions or behaviors that might become a barrier to our joy, peace, hope, and happiness, not knowing that we are contributing to the hard in an unhealthy way. You don’t have to allow what happened to you or didn’t happen for you, keep you!
