I provide a Client Centered, Action Oriented, Humanistic approach to supporting adolescents and adults through challenges that can arise during any developmental stage. With over 25 years of experience working with youth and adults in various settings, I have come to understand the importance of creating a safe space where people can explore and process their feelings, gain the skills necessary to cope with adversity, and articulate their hopes and dreams; becoming strong, resilient men and women; ready and able to reach their fullest potentials. It is my hope to witness this growth in every person I work with.
