This includes expectant parents and children to teens, couples, and adults — who want help navigating the often overwhelming emotions that come with life transitions like welcoming a new baby, divorce, grief from the death or loss of a loved one, receiving a serious diagnosis, or other major life changes. I also support those experiencing anxiety and depression by helping them find practical tools to manage the challenges these experiences bring.
