I work with older adults via telehealth in Oregon, Colorado and New Mexico. Chronic illness, family caregiving, concerns related to unexpected transitions, and later life/ end of life challenges are a few examples of issues. More recently, societal unrest and related anxiety have been a focus of my practice. My approach is values based. What is most important to you? Our goals can change, but if we live by our values, we can find peace, meaning and acceptance. We identify together what is most important to you and plan manageable steps towards them.
