Toni has experience working with all types of people navigating a variety of issues but specializes in treating individuals who experience anxiety, depression, stress, anger, low self-esteem and parenting stress as well as those going through a major life change. She helps clients gain insight into their thoughts, feelings and experiences in order to promote healing and acceptance. Clients will learn more about the specific issues that brought them into therapy and will leave with a plan of how to manage their feelings, improve their sense of self and feel confident in overcoming future obstacles by developing simple coping skills.
