Being vulnerable and asking for help can be intimidating. In my sessions, I strive to create a positive and trusting relationship with my clients. I want to empower and guide my clients in understanding why they do the things they do that end up producing unfavorable outcomes within their lives and relationships. My intention would be explore current practices of behaviors or communication and facilitate a more effective approach to gaining a quality life.
