Your experiences make sense. Life can feel heavy—especially when exhaustion, trauma, anxiety, or depression shape how you move through the world. You may feel overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself, or unsure how to name what’s happening inside. Together, we move at a pace that honors your body, your story, and your lived experience. My role is to walk alongside you with care and curiosity as we make meaning, restore choice, and reconnect you to your inner wisdom. I am a licensed clinical social worker grounded in trauma-informed, relational, and liberatory practice. I understand distress as a response to lived experience, loss, and systemic oppression—not personal failure. Therapy with me centers healing, restoring choice, and helping you feel more grounded, connected, and whole.
