I am a Licensed Mental Health Therapist with many years of experience. I have worked with adults, children and adolescents in several venues. My goal is to meet people where they are and bring them along their journey to attain their desired outcome. I am certified in: the treatment of children with Reactive Attachment Disorder, Anger Management, and Domestic Violence. I am also certified in Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy and utilize a variety of approaches including but not limited to: cognitive behavioral therapy, solutions focused therapy, family systems theory.
