I provide psychodynamic therapy in Teaneck, NJ serving Bergen County including Fort Lee, Englewood Cliff, Leonia, Tenafly, Palisades Park and surrounding communities for boys and adolescents with behavioral problems and ADHD, as well as adults seeking depth-oriented psychotherapy. Many parents come to me feeling worried, exhausted, or unsure how to help their child beyond repeated behavior plans or discipline strategies. Often, what appears as “behavior” is a child’s way of communicating emotional overload, frustration, or unmet developmental needs.
