When your life is presenting you with challenges, it may be a call to discover more about yourself and grow in new ways. The therapeutic relationship is fertile ground for insight into what is causing you suffering or conflict. I take a holistic approach; you and I will take everything into account - how you cope with stress and change, the dynamics of your relationships, and how you feel about yourself and your life. I have training in Internal Family Systems therapy for trauma and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and my background in Buddhism and meditation is a supportive element of my work with clients.
