This may include therapies such as CBT, Insight Oriented, DBT techniques, and Solution Focused therapy. Her main area of focus is college age students and helping clients work through challenges of different life stages. In her spare time, Tonya enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and experiencing nature at the beach, in the woods, or along a river.
