As a therapist, I have helped individuals, couples, and families find healing, understanding, compassion, and empathy. With encouragement and a bit of humor, I provide safe space for my clients to change their internal dialogues. In so changing, they can rewrite their stories with strength. Allow me to say that no one is deserving of suffering any place in life- at school, at work, at home, or in their relationships. Sometimes, we can experience challenges in life that occur so frequently, we begin to feel like this is how life is supposed to be for us. Ultimately, distrusting the good things, and anticipating the worse. I want my clients to experience life in a different way- free of emotional pain, free of bad relationships, relief from trauma, anxiety, and anger.
