Hello, my name is Topaz Smith. I am passionate about working with Couples and Families and specialize in Maternal Mental Health. Supporting women through pregnancy and postpartum as well as building strong resilient families is what I'm all about. In addition, I have experience working with gifted individuals, domestic violence victims, and individuals in addiction. If you're experiencing issues with communication in your home, depression, anxiety, or need support navigating life transitions including change of job, a move, parenting woes, or support with blending families, let's sit down and chat. Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Person Center Theory are the treatment approaches I utilize when working with clients. While using unconditional positive regard I hope to provide a judgment-free space where clients can explore, grow, learn, and improve self-awareness about their mental health.
