With just over 3 yrs of experience in counseling and behavioral health, I work with individuals, couples, and families to create a safe and supportive space for healing, growth, and meaningful change. Whether you’re facing grief, relationship struggles, anxiety, depression, or feeling stuck, therapy can provide a safe space to process and heal.
