My ideal client is an individual seeking a safe, nonjudgmental therapeutic space where they feel seen, believed, and respected, and where the pace of therapy is both manageable and empowering. Many of the individuals I work with have experienced trauma and may struggle with anxiety, emotional overwhelm, difficulty trusting others, people-pleasing, perfectionism, or a persistent sense of feeling “stuck,” despite years of effort to cope on their own. Often, they recognize that something is not working but may not fully understand the underlying reasons.
