Starting therapy can feel intimidating, but it's important to remember that there is no "right" time to begin, and no "right" answers. Whether it’s your first session or your fifth, I’m here to support you at your own pace, whenever you're ready. In sessions, I like to keep things conversational while staying focused on your goals. I believe therapy is most effective when we can connect on a human level, so I bring empathy, compassionate humor, and a touch of sass to our work together, all while keeping your goals front and center.
