I treat both OCD and Trauma. TRAUMA: Do you feel stuck, unable to move forward? Does it seem like your reactions are unpredictable or that your emotions are overwhelming? When you have experienced trauma, either in your past or present, it can affect your body and mind. You have the capacity to heal, you just need some tools and understanding. OCD: Do you have unwanted intrusive repetitive thoughts? Do you do things to try to get rid of the thoughts or to satisfy the thought? Do you wish you could stop? I can teach you skill that will allow you to live a values-based life where OCD does not take over.
