My name is Tori Helm, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I specialize in working with adults navigating trauma, emotions, substance use, and life transition, including veterans, and first responders. In our first few sessions, you can expect a collaborative process of getting to know you, your story, values, and challenges, while identifying what you hope to change or strengthen. We’ll start to build trust, explore what’s been holding you back, and begin setting goals that feel meaningful and doable. I utilize Headway to ensure proper insurance billing if needed but also accept private pay at a sliding scale.
