I am passionate about helping people feel supported, understood, and empowered in their mental health and overall well-being. I strive to create a safe, welcoming space where you can show up as you are. My approach is warm, thoughtful and tailored to each person’s unique needs. I often use Internal Family Systems (IFS), a model that helps people connect with and heal the parts of themselves that carry pain or take on protective roles. I also integrate the ARC (Attachment, Regulation, and Competency) framework, which focuses on building safety, improving emotional regulation and enhancing coping skills.
