Hi there! My name is Tori and I'm a clinical social worker, specializing in working with teens 16+ and young adults. My approach to therapy is very person-centered and humanistic, meaning that I highly value empathy and connection within the therapy setting as I believe it's essential for healing. For each therapy session, I show up as my authentic self and have an overall relational approach. My primary areas of focus include: domestic and intimate partner violence, LGBTQ+ issues and concerns, and interpersonal relationship dilemmas. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, PTSD and CPTSD, OCD, BPD, and bipolar disorders. I incorporate gender-affirming therapy into my practice, and I am LGBTQ+, trans, and BIPOC inclusive.
