We are all wired for connection. I am passionate about helping individuals and couples cultivate the intimacy for which they long. I believe that no matter how destructive behaviors may seem in couples and families, they typically represent people’s sincere efforts to achieve safety and satisfaction in their relationships. As a strengths-based therapist, I know that all individuals have capabilities and internal resources that can be utilized to facilitate growth and fulfilling connection. My work utilizes a psychobiological, trauma-informed attachment lens to cultivate relational and individual health.
