Hello, my name is Toria Caton and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based out of New York and working with clients statewide via telehealth. I specialize in working with individuals, families, and couples struggling with anxiety, depression, and relationship and family issues. I utilize Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy to assist with understanding my clients' emotions and progress towards their goals.
