Hi! I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor based in Florida. I received my Masters from the University of South Florida and have been practicing for 4 years after spending 20 years in the education field. I have a background in education, healthcare, end of life care, student support and advocacy for students with 504 Plan accommodations and in home therapy for a community program. In our first session together, we'll start with getting to know each other then explore the specific areas that are challenging you in your daily life and overall feelings. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
