I’m Tova, a licensed social worker with a Master’s from the Wurzweiler School of Social Work, and my passion lies in helping individuals and families rediscover balance, strength, and meaning in their lives. I’ve seen how powerful therapy can be when it’s grounded in trust. The therapeutic space becomes a mirror, reflecting truth, compassion, and the possibility of change. I listen not just to words, but to what’s underneath them.
