After walking alongside people through life’s ups and downs, I’ve learned that real growth doesn’t come from quick fixes, it comes from courage, connection, and compassion. I’m Tova, a licensed social worker with a Master’s from the Wurzweiler School of Social Work, and my passion lies in helping individuals and families rediscover balance, strength, and meaning in their lives. I’ve seen how powerful therapy can be when it’s grounded in trust. The therapeutic space becomes a mirror, reflecting truth, compassion, and the possibility of change. I listen not just to words, but to what’s underneath them. My approach blends the structure of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) with the depth of psychodynamic insight, two worlds that together help people not only regulate emotions, but understand where those emotions come from. Every session is tailored to the person sitting across from me, their story, their voice, their pace.
