My approach includes teaching/guiding you to listen to your gut, intuition, and life experiences. The parts of my clients' lives that I explore are the cognitive, psychodynamic, humanistic, biological and behavioral areas of their lives. How have these areas contributed to the issue? My clients need this information to bring them to their "aha" moment.
