Licensed as a Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A) and Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC), I bring over a decade of combined educational and clinical experience to the treatment of anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, co-occurring disorders, emotional regulation, relapse prevention, and trauma-related concerns. As a clinician at Prosperity Counseling, LLC in the New Haven area, I use an integrative approach that includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and DBT-informed and acceptance-based interventions to address unhelpful patterns of thinking, behavior, and emotional response.
