I believe in brief therapy. I became a therapist because of my experience as a client. It takes bravery to seek change. You are hiring me to help you with an issue, enhance your relationships, and achieve your goals to lead a healthier and happier life. I maintain a safe environment in the session to allow you to feel heard, understood, and to formulate solutions for what's not working. I bring heart and responsibility for choices to foster respect, trust and growth. I have three (3) books on Amazon called Pearls of Wisdom Books 1, 2 and 3 along with a YouTube channel called Pearls of Wisdom Coaching with over 50 videos! My specialties are: individuals, couples, and families. Working within those relationships that are firmly entrenched in old habits and sometimes are highly charged with emotion.
