Because of this, I aim to create an accepting, non-judgmental, and inclusive space for you to be your true self. I work with a range of clients who feel stuck, lost, unmotivated, or anxious, and I specialize in helping clients navigate major life changes (including quarter-life crises), work through imposter syndrome, and engage in self-exploration.
