Are you overwhelmed or distressed? I am here to help. In addition to being a licensed counselor, I am also a committed Christian. I work with individuals: teenagers (14+) and adults of various ages and with a variety of issues. I use a holistic and strength-based approach and value a collaborative, therapeutic relationship with my clients, while together we address their specific concerns. Since every client is different, I strive to select interventions and treatment modalities that are suitable to their personality and situation.
