The influence of our surroundings makes a significant impact on what we believe and who we become. Sometimes, those around us share their opinions and expectations so freely that it silences our own needs and desires. Therapy is a place where your thoughts and feelings can be heard and understood- without the fear of judgment. I work with the intention of helping clients understand the past, so that they can live in the moment and find hope in the future. I will support you on the journey of self-discovery by providing insights as well as tangible tools to make the journey more enjoyable, even when it's tough. I use a psychoanalytical approach supporting people by creating a safe space to converse freely. During these conversations, we work to identify past experiences that influence present beliefs and self-limiting behaviors. I work with clients to support an awareness of their unconscious mind so that they can adapt their thinking to make positive change.
