Hello, I am Tracy Allen, LCSW-C owner of Reclaiming Hope LLC and Coached By Tra. I am a licensed clinical social worker providing Life Coaching and Reiki services in Baltimore. After 21 years of providing clinical services, I made a change to more holistic practices. I help clients discover who they are so they can pursue their passion. I firmly believe in holistic healing, so I provide Reiki services so clients can achieve emotional healing, pain relief, and relaxation. Energy readings are also available for clients with a more spiritual focus.
