Hello, my name is Tracy Bijeaux. My desire is to see individuals, couples, and families reach their full potential. I offer evidenced based therapy for couples, families, first responders, and individual adults experiencing trauma, relationship struggles, grief, depression, anxiety, and life challenges with chronic illness/pain and cancer. I have specialized training the following evidenced based therapeutic modalities: EMDR, Gottman Method, Sandtray Therapy and Prepare & Enrich Therapy As a cancer survivor and a Physical Therapist Assistant of 24 years, I have found it a privilege to walk alongside individuals and families with medical diagnoses which brought change into their lives. At times these changes can be difficult to navigate alone. I will provide a safe non-judgmental place of rest as you explore and grow.
