Welcome! My name is Tracy, and I appreciate you taking the time to explore support for your mental health and well-being. I am passionate about providing collaborative, client-centered care to individuals navigating life’s challenges. I specialize in grief and trauma, helping clients process their experiences in a way that fosters healing and resilience. My own journey has given me a deep understanding of grief and its impact on our lives. I am also committed to supporting first responders and their families, recognizing the unique challenges a lifestyle type profession places on the first responder and their family members. As a first responder family member, I understand the resilience required to cope with complex trauma they face due to the demands of their profession. I also enjoy working with adolescents and teens, as they bring a dynamic and insightful perspective to therapy. My areas of focus include grief, trauma, depression, stress, anxiety, and self-confidence.
