My objective in our work is to hold space for you, without condition and without expectation. This enables me to meet you where you are and to spend our time together on a shared frequency, viewing your world through a shared lens. You are the foremost expert on your own life and experience. I am here to offer support, tools, reflection, resources, perspective at times, and most of all, a safe and confidential space devoid of judgment. I work with family and relationship struggles, transitions and life-stage challenges, existential, religious, or faith-based trauma, and mood and personality disorders.
